Very good place to stay! Liked: The room was very spacious and it had everything needed. It was super clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful, he offered a lot of useful things for my baby. They also facilitated a crib in the room. Disliked: The only comment I’d have is that the kitchen (which you can use if you need to) was a bit messy and not cleaned. Other than that, it was all perfect.

It was ok. I would never have been able to get inside with the code that was left for us to get in. Liked: I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Disliked: I believe the advertisement stated AC for the rooms, which they very well did not have. It was a warm night and the best I could do was open the window and put on an oscillating stand fan.

Disappointing experience for a great location for a hotel. Liked: Great central location. Disliked: Room wasn’t clean when we arrived, kitchen is dirty all the time, mirrors and headboards were broken, and staff is infrequently at desk. It just seems like they need to put more effort into small things here that other hotels would.

Hotel Karel de Stoute offers a good value for people looking to see Bruges. Liked: Location was very good, and it was a quiet area close to main attractions. Disliked: I do with we'd had a refrigerator in the room, or air conditioning - it got pretty warm.
